I consider it an honor to work with those seeking a deeper connection with their soul and are on a path committed to conscious living. My practice blends Reiki and shamanic energy work with Co-Active Coaching.

I begin by creating a safe, sacred space and a connection to my guides and teachers.  In this space, I help others to deepen their relationship with their personal wisdom and increase their power to heal and transform.  I perform Soul Retrievals, Power Animal Retrievals, Extractions and Psychopomp when requested. I have deep compassion for trauma survivors and am a living example of our ability to heal, transform and find peace.

It brings me great pleasure to create and facilitate workshops on Joy, where I coach people to cultivate more joyful lives.  I live a colourful life of practical sacredness and approach this work with humility, humour and playfulness.
